Our pools are constructed with some of the best materials on the market. We start with a high quality gel coat whether it's white or one of our brilliant particle finishes sprayed at a monitored 78 degrees to ensure a consistent level of cure throughout the surface.
The second stage of the construction process is the vinyl-ester skin coat or as some refer to as barrier coat. This process is to create an impenetrable surface to ensure long life surface quality, The surface warranty is tied directly to this process and is held to strict
quality inspections.
The third stage of production is the bulk laminate or the structure of the pool. The biggest misconception in the pool industry is that thicker is better (this is NOT accurate). We measure our strength in ounces. In this process we use layers of 24ounce woven roving combined with evenly sprayed layers of chop strand fiberglass resulting in a fiberglass pool constructed like a boat hull, that is not thick and brittle but consistent high strength throughout with a glass content of 52 ounces to 77ounces in those high stress areas (the average pool is 32 to 52 ounces).
